We do our best to ensure that your order is delivered quickly and in good condition. Below you will find all the information about our shipping.

Processing your order

When you order on a business day, your order will be processed by us within 1 business day. During busy periods this may take slightly longer, but we will always let you know if that is the case.

Delivery times

• Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Germany & France: 3–6 business days
• Rest of Europe: 4–8 business days

Please note that PostNL or DHL may sometimes experience delays. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.

Track & Trace

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code so you can follow your order.

Incorrect address

Did you accidentally enter the wrong address? Please contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already been shipped, unfortunately we are no longer able to change the address.

Package lost or damaged

Has your package not been delivered after 7 days? Please contact us. We will look into this immediately and find an appropriate solution.
